This is a lovely ivory ceramic dish, with decorative crazing on the surface and molded rim. Many vets recommend stoneware or ceramic bowls for pets, because plastic bowls can scratch easily, becoming a breeding ground for bacteria. This bowl is pretty tough and will not scratch or chip easily. Dishwasher safe. 7 inches in diameter, and suitable for dogs up to about 50 lbs.
