How Our Business Works
We're able to offer a wide variety of products while remaining a small, home-based business by stocking only a portion of our products. Others, especially large items, are drop-shipped directly to you from the manufacturer or wholesaler. So you may receive your order in several shipments. We'll do our very best to give you detailed and comprehensive information about where your products are coming from, with tracking info wherever possible.
Payment Options

We  currently accept payment through Paypal, and we accept payment from non-Paypal customers' credit cards through Square. As our website provider adds other payment options, we will offer them, but those decisions are out of our hands for the most part. We can accept a check if you prefer. Once we receive your check and it clears (generally 2-3 days) we will ship ASAP, and we will notify you the same day. From that point, the standard shipping time frames will apply. Shipping

Items that we ship ourselves will come via the US Postal Service. Vendors from whom we drop-ship use various carriers, including USPS, FedEx Ground and UPS. You may receive your order in more than one shipment, therefore. We do ship to Canada at a flat rate of $9.95.

We would love to offer free shipping, and we did try for a while, because we love free shipping when we shop. But as a small business, and because we drop-ship with vendors who also charge shipping, our profit margin is so narrow that we found the free shipping often wiped out our entire profit for an order. So we have reluctantly moved to a flat rate that we hope you find reasonable enough. So the more you buy, the better value you'll get for your shipping dollar.

You may return any item in new, re-sellable condition within 60 days. First, let us know of the return by email. Then pack up the item and packing slip, if any, in good quality packaging and return directly to TOP DOG SUPPLIES, regardless of where your item came from. We'll refund the original purchase price (including shipping), as soon as we receive the shipment. You pay return shipping costs.


 

If you receive a product in damaged condition, or if you receive the wrong product, please snap a quick picture of the item and email it to us, then send the product and packing slip, as described above, and we will refund the original cost, plus shipping both ways, as soon as we receive the shipment.
